May’s union meeting will be held on May 20, 2015 at the Lansing Hall, 5405 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Lansing, MI. 48911 at 7:30pm.

June’s union meeting will be held on June 17, 2015 at the Lansing Hall, 5405 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lansing, MI. 48911 at 7:30pm.

The 12th Annual Local 333 Retiree Golf Outing will be Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the Royal Scott Golf Course on West Grand River in Lansing. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 10:00. Cost is $35.00 per person for 18 holes of golf, cart, coffee & donuts, lunch and prizes. Sign-up sheets are available at all three halls. Get your team together, sign up and enjoy a day of golfing and visiting with friends and fellow retirees.

Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 333 Scholarship Applications for the 2015-2016 school year will be available the first week in April. Members may pick up applications at all three union halls or by calling Joni at 517-784-1106. Please keep in mind that completed applications must be in the Jackson office by June 30, 2015.

United Association Scholarship applications are also now available at all three union halls. Completed applications must be postmarked by June 15, 2015 and sent to the UA office in Annapolis, MD.

The Annual Local 333 Family Picnic will be held Saturday June 20, 2015 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Michigan Trap Shooters Association, Located at: 1534 W. Service Rd. Mason, MI. More detailed information about the picnic is forthcoming and will be mailed to the membership along with RSVP cards. The committee members in charge of organizing the activities for the picnic have asked that a reminder to all the members who plan to attend, to please return the RSVP cards as soon as possible. This will allow us to make sure that there are enough prizes and goodies for the little ones and that there will be adequate portions of food for all who plan on attending. Kid’s games and activities will start at 11:00 a.m., lunch at 12:00 noon. Carnival Midway opens at 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be catered by Saites Brothers. Please bring a dish to pass and show off your culinary expertise. If your last name begins with the letters A - M ~~Please bring a DESSERT *** If your last name begins with the letters: N – Z~~ Please bring a SALAD. We will be having a DESSERT COMPETITION, so anyone that is interested in participating please bring your favorite desert to share. There is Overnight RV and Tent camping with full hook-ups and water are available if you are interested. You can choose either 1 or 2 nights for $20 per night. Sincere condolences to Delos Caruss and family on the loss of his lovely wife Kathleen, who passed away March 3, 2015. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow.

Congratulations to Jim and Vicki Curtin on the birth of their son Coewyn James Curtin, who was born April 11, 2015 at 5:56 pm. he weighed 7.1 lbs. and is 21inches long.

Jason Buckner is the winner of the attendance drawing, and he was not present.
