again the BWL Chili Cook-Off was a great success, with one of the biggest
crowds in several years. Local 333 was
able to snag several awards, Jeff Mowry and his team received 2nd
Place in the People’s Choice Award, and 1st Place for the most
creative booth that was designed by Trent Mauk and the apprentices. With over 25 vendors, including restaurants,
and thousands of voters this was a great honor, and Local 333 was able to
connect with thousands of local residents and show that we care about our

It’s worth noting that it takes over 100 man hours to prepare, set up,
and serve the chili. Thanks to them we
can chalk this up to another successful event.
